LONG ISLAND IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

Went to the vineyards on the Northfork a few weekends back. Truly a great time. Sometimes we forget what a great place to live Long Island is. Beaches and vineyards a short drive away. Or Broadway and the greatest most exciting city in the world, a short drive the other way. Gotta stop and smell every now and then.

By the way, Smith Haven is opening it’s 4th pre-owned lot on Long Island in 18 months. Stay tuned!
