WHAT’S NEW AT SMITH HAVEN?

Well, as I mentioned in my previous blog entry, we heard our customers and responded. We are in the final stages of opening an additional 18,000 square feet state-of-the-art service center with 25 additional service bays. This is adding to the current capacity at our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram facility. The additional service facility space will allows us to get customers on the road faster. Not just for our Express Lane quick lube customers, but for major repairs and recalls as well!

In addition to that, we are 18 months away from having separate buildings for our Mazda and Mitsubishi brands. Smith Haven Mazda will remain at 827 Middle Country Road in St. James and we will be adding Mazda’s new “Retail Evolution Premium” look and feel to this facility. Smith Haven Mitsubishi will be moving right up the road to a stand alone point. This new building will allow us to re-design our store to the latest Mitsubishi Identity Program and let Mitsubishi stand out!

So as you can see we have a lot happening right now… We are making major investments in our future and this is being done to serve our customers in the best possible way.
